MedEqual x FIA Chicago: Celebrating Sardar Patel’s Legacy of Unity Through Health Equity and Community Empowerment

MedEqual will collaborate with the Federation of Indian Associations (FIA Chicago) at Volkening Lake, Schaumburg, to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. This 1KM Walk/Run will celebrate Patel’s message of unity while advancing MedEqual’s mission to build trust, representation, and inclusion in healthcare. Through this collaboration, FIA and MedEqual aim to bring together diverse communities to promote awareness, empower participation in medical research, and strengthen the bridge between cultural pride and health equity.
